Delivery Policy

We deliver throughout Sydney metro and wider areas via a dedicated driver. Orders placed before 2pm can be delivered on the same day. All orders can be scheduled for a planned date or can be picked up from our shop in Dee Why.

We aim to deliver all orders between 09:00am - 06:00pm, however, the delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If specific delivery locations or times are required we are always more than happy for you to contact our staff for more accurate timing.

Please ensure you include all necessary information needed for any deliveries including unit numbers and corporate details. If flowers cannot be delivered or left in a safe place, an additional delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery. If an incorrect delivery address is inputted, an additional fee may be charged. Please leave the recipient's contact details in case we need to contact them regarding the delivery.

Once your order is ready we will advise you of a time the order can be collected in-store. Please have your order confirmation or receipt with you when you come to collect it.

We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes.
