REFUND POLICY

Sienna Bloom Floristry does not issue refunds or returns based on customer change of mind. If an item was damaged or faulty, then Sienna Bloom will provide a refund for the item.

Please note that flowers and plants are natural items and can be perishable. This means certain flowers and plants have a varied life span.

Due to the availability of specific flowers, the photos shown on our website may differ slightly as all our flowers are picked fresh direct from the farms or markets. The flower arrangements will replicate the photo image as per the availability. We will contact you if the arrangement does not meet your needs.

Care and conditioning of the flowers and plants are also important to ensure you keep fresh and vibrant flowers. Some useful tips are to ensure the vase is clean, the water is changed daily and the stems are cut at their ends at a 45° angle. For all returns, you will be responsible for paying all shipping charges which are not refundable.
